Ray Zage, a seasoned investor with nearly three decades of experience, has played pivotal roles across various organisations and currently sits on MVP's Investment Committee. Serving as Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Tiga since July 2020, he brings forth a wealth of expertise in both public and private sectors. Ray's journey traces back to his tenure as Managing Director and CEO of Farallon Capital Asia, where he spearheaded investments across diverse industries in Asia. In 2021, he also joined the board of directors of EDBI Pte Ltd, the fund management company for EDB Investment Pte Ltd, the independent equity investment arm of Singapore's Economic Development Board. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Ray's journey began at Goldman Sachs, spanning roles in Singapore, New York, and Los Angeles. His leadership extends beyond Tiga, as he advises early-stage technology ventures and holds positions on the boards of renowned companies like Toshiba Corporation, Whitehaven Coal, Lippo Karawaci, and Gojek.
